At Hill Country Lavender, your satisfaction is our utmost concern.  Any product that is unopened and undamaged may be returned within 30 days at the buyers expense for a full refund (excluding shipping fees). For products that arrive damaged, are believed to be defective, or fail to meet your expectations in any other way, we ask that you please contact us as soon as possible so that we may work to correct the problem.

We make all our products with a two year shelf life in mind.
