Pomegranate Gin Fizz

Ingredients:

• 1 oz gin

• 2 oz pomegranate juice

• 1 oz lavender/pomegranate simple syrup

• Club soda to top

• Crushed ice to fill glass

• Sprig of lavender to garnish

Instructions:
1. Combine the gin and pomegranate juice in the bottom of a short whisky tumbler. Fill almost to the top with ice. (For extra flavor, add 1 oz. of flavored simple syrup.)

2. Fill the rest of the glass with club soda. Top with the sprig of rosemary and pomegranate arils and serve!
