Lavender Cranberry Bellini
lavender cranberry bellini
Ingredients:
2 oz vodka (I prefer Tito’s)
1.5 oz. unsweetened cranberry juice, chilled
1 oz. lavender/cranberry simple syrup (or more, depending on your taste), chilled
1 oz lime juice
4 oz. prosecco (can use more or less, depending on your taste!)
Frozen cranberries and lavender sprig for garnish
Instructions:
Combine the cranberry juice and simple syrup and vodka in a shaker
Pour into a glass
Top with Prosecco on top of the other ingredients.
Garnish with fresh cranberries and lavender
Enjoy immediately.
Maple Cranberry Simple Syrup
Ingredients:
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup water
1 cup frozen cranberries
1 Tbsp culinary lavender
Instructions:
In a small saucepan, bring maple syrup and cranberries to a simmer over medium-high heat until berries begin to burst, about 5 minutes. Add in 1 tablespoon culinary lavender. Cover and let steep for 20 minutes. Strain and let cool. (Makes enough simple syrup for 12 cocktails.)
