Friday - June 11th 

1 pm - Lavender in the Kitchen - The different ways to cook with lavender without making it taste like soap. What to flavors to mix it with for the best out come. 

3 pm - How to grow lavender in a container: Choosing the right type of lavender, how often to water, and what size container to start with, proper soil type and more. We will demonstrate how to mix the soil and plant for the best results.

Saturday - June 12th

1 pm - A walk through the lavender field with the Owner - A quick history of lavender in Texas and Hill Country Lavender. We will talk about our new location, what we planted, and what is to come next year. 

3 pm - Lavender and Spirits: We will demonstrate how to make a simple syrup and how to use it in your cocktails at home. We will show you how to mix your own.

Sunday - June 13th 

1 pm - Types of Lavender we grow in central Texas: The varieties of lavender we grow, types we recommend for central Texas, what their blooms look like, and how to grow them at home.

(remember that group must remain 6 or less people)

We offer lunches for groups upon request. (One week notice required.) The lunches includes a sandwich, chips, cookie, bottled water and lavender lemonade. We charge $15.00 per person for the lunches and $20.00 per person if you would like lunch and a talk by the owner, about the history of Hill Country Lavender and how to grow lavender in your own yard.
